Major rebalancing: 

All towers + player level up every 30 seconds.

Lampent:

  - starting damage nerf

  - projectile now bounces up to three times

  - health, damage, & range scale over time

Xatu:

  - health scales over time

Cascoon:

  - health and recoil damage scale over time

Blissey:

  - ballerina intensifies (health scales as well)

  - healing amount buffed

Player:

  - damage, health, & speed scaling

Enemies:

  - big bois

  - damage, spawn rate, health, health + damage scaling buff to account for power creep
